Medical Supply Loaner Program
The PURPOSE is to provides an opportunity for individuals to donate and/or borrow medical supplies.
We accept lightly used medical equipment such as wheelchairs (manual), hospital beds, walkers/rollators, and hoyer lifts.
We also accept unused/unopened incontinent supplies such as adult briefs, diapers, chux/med pads, wipes, etc.
How does this program work?
Our medical supply closet receives donated new or gently used equipment from people who no longer need it. All donated equipment are inspected and cleaned to loan out.

Equipment Donated & Received:
-
Hospital Beds, manual wheelchairs, transport chairs, transfer benches, walkers, rollators, shower chairs, shower benches, etc.

Disposable items such as unopened packages of adult briefs, diapers, undergarments (sizes and styles vary), blue pads, unopened packages of bandages and wound care supplies.

Lending Period of Time:

All equipment is on loan to you for a four week period, but you can make arrangements for a longer loan period if needed.

**SPECIAL NOTES**

All loan request must be picked up as we do not deliver or pick up medical equipment

We CANNOT take unused prescription drugs, tube feeding supplies, diabetic syringes or equipment that need repair.

Your support whether by donating equipment or supporting financially it is greatly appreciated.
For example:

A donation of $50 can assist with an elevated toilet seat.

A donation of $100 can assist with a wheeled walker.

A donation of $150 can assist with a manual wheelchair
